Discover Modeling Inc. was founded in 1991 by Amy Maggard in Columbus, OH. She created the business to help others not only advance their modeling skills but gain self-confidence and public appeal. She teaches workshops that focus on many areas such as: visual poise and posture, hair and make-up, terminology and techniques. The workshops include a photo shoot and a list of reputable agencies in Columbus and surrounding areas. Discover Modeling also offers Fashion Show Birthday Parties, Scout Outings, Bridal Showers, and Corporate Seminars.

Amy Maggard has been in the advertising business for over 25 years. She graduated from Grandview Heights High School and is a graduate of Noni's Modeling School. She modeled for many companies such as: Limited, Schottensteins and Lazarus. Currently Amy is a free-lance stylist and has worked for clients such as: Wendy's, Lyon Video, Krogers, Arbys and UPN 53 Columbus. She has 4 children and has been happily married for 20 years.
